a. Special and Regular Meeting Minutes of July 21, 2026.

b. Resolution No. 7708 determining the amount of revenue to be raised from property taxes for Fiscal Year 2026-27 to pay for the debt service on the 2021 General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Series Bond Measure A and Series Police Station Project).

c. Memorandum of Agreement with San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments to receive Measure A funds for City homeless programs.

d. Foothill Air Support Team (“FAST”) annual Joint Powers Authority (“JPA”) cost in the amount of $87,895 for Fiscal Year 2026-27.

e. Professional Services Agreement with PFM Asset Management LLC for investment advisory services in an amount not to exceed $45,000.

f. Contract with DBX Inc. for the Centennial Way Traffic Signal Improvements Project in the amount of $719,065, with a 10% contingency.

g. Contract with General Pump Company, Inc. for the inspection and rehabilitation of the Peck Well Project in the amount of $417,540, with a 10% contingency.

h. Contract with All Source Company Building Group, formerly known as All Source Coatings, Inc., for the Arcadia Police Department Painting Project in the amount of $142,631.93, with a 5% contingency.

i. Contract with Horizons Construction Co. Int’l Inc. for the Debris Removal Project in the amount of $399,898.

j. Purchase Order with Calgon Carbon Corporation for carbon exchange services for the Live Oak Granular Activated Carbon (“GAC”) Treatment System in the amount of $202,400.

k. Accept all work performed by Carrier Corporation for the Library Cooling Tower Replacement Project as complete.

l. Accept all work performed by KYA Services, LLC for the Fire Station 105 Boiler Replacement Project as complete.

9. AB 1234 REPORTS FROM MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL (limited to legally required reports).
